To support the educational, religious, apostolic and caritative activities of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in the Philippines including its universities, high schools, seminaries, house of religious formation, parishes, retreat houses, infirmaries, social service and community organization projects through financial contribution from friends, relatives, and benefactors living in the United States of America.

To carry on any other activities permissible by law to be undertaken by nonprofit corporations organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
